  Not the greatest menu. Went with a large group and everyone had something different... Nobody really liked their meal that much. Went on a Saturday night and barely anyone in the. The service was very good and a few of the mixed drinks were tasty.. But wouldn't eat there again. Nice patio for some drinks in the summer.

  Well, we waited a long time to go Basil and Mint, and unfortunately a big disappointment.
  
  We went there with the thought of checking it out, having a drink and if the menu looked good order dinner. The server was good...at first. We ordered one cocktail and a beer, plus a couple of salad appetizers. The drinks came out in pretty good time, but after that, zero service. Our drinks literally were left empty our entire stay. The server (plus others) must have walked past our table in the lounge at least 10 times. Not once did anyone come over and ask us if we needed another drink. The food came, and was average at best. The beet salad was not even dressed - my wife made the comment it was literally lettuce and beets - no dressing or anything else.
  
  After being ignored, we asked for our bill. I kindly told the server (much to my wife's chagrin) how crappy the service was. But the best part....for 1 beer and cocktail, and two salads was $48 before tip. Freaking hilarious. If I am going to spend my hard earned money for that cost, I expect exceptional service.
  
  I saw two other couples that walked out. Maybe they think it is tourist trap being below the resort condos. Or maybe they think we as consumers are just plain dumb. Either way, we will not be back.

  Simply put my experience was a disaster. An hour and 45 minutes went by until main courses were served. The food quality was only average at best, my seafood dish was very bland. I understand mistakes happen, and I accept that, but mistakes were made right from the beginning to the bills. What made the experience particularly bad and is the only real reason I must give a one star is the poor excuses from the manager. The server has very apologetic and did his best; clearly the restaurant team could not work together. Its a nice restaurant and a nice menu, just poor management.

  Great decor and ambiance, delicious food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza, Caesar and ambrosia apple salads, the yummy mojitos and yummy desserts. The service was great too.
