  Went there for dinner last night with a party of 4. We expected it to be busy as it was St. Patrick's day, but only had to wait 30 minutes. The text message feature when your table is a nice touch.
  
  The reason I am giving such a low review was our service. Our waitress was fine at the beginning, but after we got our meal she became horrible (even though the restaurant started to empty). Half way through our meal we asked for more napkins, she never brought them. She only came once to ask if we wanted any more drinks, which we did but never got the opportunity to. We finished our meal, and two of our party finished their pitcher of beer (myself and another sat with empty glasses) we waited about 45 minutes for her to come and offer us dessert or our bill.
  
  I also am not a fan of your debit tipping option. Personally, I would have tipped less than 15% because the service was pretty bad, but they only had options for 15%, 20%, 25% etc. I felt like I was forced to tip 15% no matter what the service was like.

  I've only ever had take out, I've heard that the sit in is really good. However we placed our take out order and when they gave us the bill we noticed that there was an error on the bill and let our server know she rolled her eyes and took the bill to correct it. When we received the bills again they were incorrect. Again. This happen about 3 more times. Once we got our food we had noticed that there was an extra 2 tacos, which we assumed was because our server was being so rude and for all the mess ups. As we're waiting to pay the server came over and went through our take out order and removed the second set of tacos. The entire time she was unfriendly and was treating us like we were a bunch of idiots. Thanks Browns. Won't make an effort to go back, there are too many restaurants in Kelowna that are similar to waste time there.

  Good atmosphere and patio. The food was great and the drinkers were refreshing. A good place that isn't in downtown Kelowna.

  Went to brown's to chill out. Food was good, service was slow. Took too long for drinks to be refilled. Minimal service checks during the visit.
