You can taste the freshness in the dough and all is cooked to my preference: cheese very slightly brown on the top, the dough is crisp and stable on the surface yet inside is soft and... it's hard to describe. I've had pizza from all over the world but these pizzas have a sort of homemade touch to them. I'm not going to pretend that I'm a latte expert but I find the lattes here are excellent.
