  The manager deserves a raise if he hasn't already got one! It's the best service everytime we go! He is friendly, attentive, just spot on as to what you expect for customer service. We showed up at/around closing and he still greeted us! Thanks for the awesome service!

  I went to the Dairy Queen drive-thru to get a late night snack. Earlier that day I just cleaned and got my car detailed. So when I went up to the drive thru window to get my Sunday and blizzard and the lady told me they did not have lids for the Sunday. I said can you put it in a cup she didn't understanding that I just wanted the Sunday dumped in a cup with the lid as I was going to an apartment building. She wasn't getting it so I just took the Sunday without the lid and as I first thought it got all over my car and my clothes I guess I should I just ask for a refund. I understand that lids and other items sometimes run out. It was how there was no other option and she was very rude about it.

  I make a point of going to a different location because this is the only one I've come across that charges extra for switching toppings in Blizzards - not adding something else, but replacing one for another. This really bothered me when I ordered a Chocolate Extreme, was told they were out of brownies so I asked for extra chocolate chunks, which is one of the toppings in the Chocolate Extreme, to replace the brownies they were out of, and was told I would have to pay extra. I disagree that I should have to pay extra to replace an item the store is out of for an item that is already part of the Blizzard.

  Great service even when they were crazy busy. Food was good and it was nice, because this DQ is about 10x better than my local one.
