  I love Dairy Queen, but this is the absolute worst location I've ever been to. Which I guess is good, because I'm definitely not going back and it'll save my waistline (this isn't my first visit at this location).
  
  Whenever I get cookie dough or peanut butter cup blizzards at this location (small) it's like I'm getting nothing but soft serve ice cream. They've drastically cut the amount they put it (honestly, looks like basic soft serve). I've commented and one of the workers said "yaaa, we've had a lot of people comment on that... it's just the scoop amount though so sorry" ??? Unhh no, I know what a blizzard looks like, and you manager is probably making y'all be stingy about it so she/he gets a nice bonus at the end of the year. Absolutely terrible and overpriced for soft serve in a cup.
  
  Every time I go to get 2 blizzards, I'm waiting for 10-15 minutes. People in the drivethru are zipping in and out. Ive worked in fast food, and I know they're just trying to meet their time to "look fast and efficient" but they're clearly not.

  This has to be the absolute worst design in the history of construction. What kind of idiot designed the drive trough and access to the building? There's only 1 way in, you have to detour trough several streets just to get to the entrance, then the line fits 5 vehicles if there is a 6th it block the whole parking lot. This is a disaster

  These idiots can not make burgers, there to busy stressing out with their fingers up their bums, took me 30 mins to get a dam burger and in that time I witnessed 3 orders lost and saw a order sitting on the table the whole time and before I left the cook seemed to throw them back on the grill. All there employees are either really bad at there job or super fresh

  Terrible waited 30minutes for a burger!!!
  
  Whole staff was running around like a bunch of headless chicken, they made an extra order and it was in the window when i got there and kept hearing the ladies working the tills asking what to do with it. My friend was asking in a joking maner to take it off there hands and right as we got our order we kept asking for it cuz it sat for literally over 30minutes and we saw the manager unwrapping the burgers probably threw em back on the grill

  It's a new location so there have been some start up glitches, but in the time I've been going there it's improved quite a bit. Food is fresh and tasty as it should be.
