  When we arrived it was rather crowded, but on a sunday morning its normal. The food was pretty good and our server was nice. The only reason this is rated a 4 star instead 5 star because the pancakes we're not wheat as i requested and the chicken was a lil on the dry side. However the server noticed my pancakes were not wheat and asked if i wanted a new batch (before i even asked). Needless to say was a nice place and a very kind server.

  just came out of this denny's branch and i just didn't like our experience. we usually like dennys in vancouver but this branch in kelowna is the worst we have tried. Our server wasn't very attentive, i needed to remind him to get our drinks. my soup came before the drinks, when i ask for a soup spoon he said i can use the spoon on the pre prepared utensils which is a teaspoon! he said he will ask first if they have a soup spoon, eventually we called another server to get a soup spoon and she gave it in just a minute. the quesidillas was a flop, was very dry and looks like it was made by a child. our food only came after 45minutes. actually most of the other customers where complaining too about the service today. too bad.

  The five star for this Denny's is solely based on its customer service and food compared to similar style all day breakfast restaurants. To start I visited there on New Years day with my wife. Not only was our waitress unbelievably nice the staff was friendly and their comfort food was spot on! I recommend the country steak and eggs for an amazing hangover cure. Great job Denny's!

  I always enjoyed Denny's and their loyalty program but was quite disappointed on my visit the other day. The portions are substantially smaller and the menu is not what it used to be. The arrival of food was quite awhile and cold. My brother's toast arrived about 5 minutes after his breakfast. The server was great, she tried whatever she could to make things right but the quality of food & service from the kitchen was not good.
