  I have never written a bad review before about a place but after this weekend I feel the need to have this addressed. Unfortunately this place has some of the Rudest staff I have ever met. The waitress Emily started off being rude with us because she was busy. Later in the evening she walked by and dropped a glass on my friends foot and walked off without even stopping to see if my friend was ok. When I went to bring it to her attention and ask for something to clean her foot with and a bandaid she swore at me and told me she was too busy to deal with our problems. I spoke with another waitress and the manager and no one seemed to care that a customer was injured on their property. She had glass in her foot and there was blood on the floor before anyone decided to help. It's too bad because we were enjoying our night there. We all understand accidents happen, but there is absolutely no reason for staff to treat customer's with such little respect and to swear at them when they are asking them to acknowledge an accident in their place of business. By far Emily was the worst one, but the other staff could have stood up to the plate and offered assistance

  If I lived in Kelowna, I would definitely be a regular here. First things first, the name of the place is on point and just fun to say "Doc Willoughby's" *said like a 1940s detective* . The $5 food menu is insanely cheap, the food is really good, and the portion sizes are great - overall amazing value on the grub front. The drink selection is great with some killer drink specials throughout the week which is always a plus. The atmosphere is laid back, comfortable, and has a rustic pub feel which I really enjoy. Overall Doc's is a great place to have a drink, grab a bite, and hang out with friends. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

  Very cool place to eat. Great entertainment on certain nights. Only thing I wish they did was allow kids until about 9 o'clock.
