  The staff are excellent. If I could just rate the service I received alone, I would give 5 stars.
  Unfortunately, you get what you pay for when it comes to the product. Cardboard crust, pizza sauce out of a can, very little toppings and no flavor. You could dip a piece of bread in a tomato and it would be of higher quality.
  Domino's is definitely lacking, and can't even compete with the flavor, quality and product of Pizza Factory in Rutland. I would rather pay a little extra and support a local family who makes quality food, than eat cardboard from Domino's.

  As a struggling university student, I truly appreciate the quality of service and food that this Dominos offers. The Rutland location is the only Dominos in Kelowna to deliver to campus, making the site of their neon car signs well beloved to all UBCO students. Whether you order for lunch or late at night while cramming for a midterm, Dominos always serves hot and delicious food. If ever they make a mistake on your order, which they sometimes do, the staff is quick to correct it in a swift and respectful manner.

  The pizza is always delicious! Service is great, but can be slow when it's busy, which is to be expected. Staff is friendly!
