  Not the first IHOP I have been in but still my ultimate favorite breakfast restaurant.
  The choices and flavors are many. The execution is flawless. The price is fair. The service is good.
  I went with my other half this time. We each got different orders but chose the same topping (strawberry banana). It was interesting to see how the flavors changed as we sampled each other's food (yes we do that... but it's OK because we are a couple lol). I personally can't wait to return to this establishment and try more of their dishes. I don't think one could ever get tired of eating there as the options are endless.

  The food was great. The waitress was really friendly but once we ordered we never saw her again. Someone else brought out our food and nobody ever asked us if we were ok after that.

  So was halfway through the first egg of an Eggs Benny when we found a ton of egg shell pieces.
  
  We brought it up to a staff member who gladly offered to replace the meal free of charge. Awesome. I sat back down and waited.
  
  They came back with a fresh hot plate of Egg Benny. No, not "Eggs Benny". Egg Benny. Just one. Not sure if that's corporate policy or something but... How much is it to have just included the second egg? If the first egg was eaten, I guess one could make the argument that they were just replacing the one egg filled with shells.
  
  Needless to say, I'm not coming back here.

  Super busy breakfast restaurant. I've generally had food customer service here. Beware of your ordering from the kids menu that although the menu shows a fruit pouch they give you fresh fruit. Kids can find that a disappointment and the staff get all picky about swapping it out.

  In general the food is very good as well as the service. Extremely disappointed though when I got food poisoning and the Manager said it was probably the stomach 'flu. I even told him what probably caused it. When I returned to the restaurant 2 weeks later and told him it was food poisoning he said no-one else had complained and thanks for telling him. He didn't appologise or even give me a discount on my breakfast bill. Doesn't he know that "the customer is always right" even when they're not? As it happens I was right. He gets 1/2 a star for customer service and needs training in that area if he wants to keep his customers.
