  It is the most disorganised poorly run McDonald's. It can take up to 20 minutes to get just a coffee when there are more then 5 people in line. I have spent 10 minutes in line waiting to order, waited another 10 minutes for my coffee while watching them refill over half a dozen customers coffee's they gave allowed to skip the line and walk up to the counter.
  I have myself, and watched others walk out out of frustration without their meals they paid for because there seems to more time spent joking and playing around with each other instead of taking the job of customer service more seriously.
  
  I decided to go back one more time just recently. I ordered my meal to go and when I got home and took my food out of the bag the French fry container was less then half full. I expected that the rest of the fries were at the bottom of the bag, it does happen, nope, nothing but air. When you pay extra to order large fries and you get the equivalent of a small fry how do you not feel ripped off. I will never step foot back in that place again.

  Waiting 20 min for my breakfast before asking for a refund. Saw 3 people go on break at 830am including a manager during the saturday rush. Went to Kootenay coffee and got a large coffee and breafast wrap for less and in less time.

  2 out of 3 toilets don't flush in the girls wash room.
  1 of your sinks, I'm assuming the sensor is dirty, and the hot water just pours down the sink.
  On a better note, staff was right on it.
  I hold the public more responsible then the workers in this case

  This is one of the only McDonald's in Kelowna that's newer looking. Service is fast even though the Drive-through is always full.

  service was fast. there is a tv behind a light, so literally only 2 people can see the tv and the entire restaurant is blocked. really weird placement for it
