  The worst customer service ever!!! Ordered to our hotel and they didn't bring utensils for a salad and lasagna and they actually blamed us for not asking for it. Then when we called back the girl who answered not only blamed us for not asking for some but then blamed the delivery driver for not deciding that our meal at a hotel needed utensils. The driver have gave me attitude as well blaming me for not asking for some. How bloody stupid does a company have to be to not have the common sense to figure this out. AND NO OPOLOGY!! SHE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME!! SO much for wanting to support a new local comoany!! OWNERS YOU HAD BETTER DO SONE TRAINING!!!! never again Mr. Mozzerella!!!!
