  One word: Bland. We were hoping for an easy, family-friendly Valentines day dinner, and had fond memories of the Langley and Victoria locations. But we were quickly disappointed. The servers seemed overwhelmed. Every family with a child was sitting in the same section so it was loud and crowded. We were willing to overlook the bright lighting, but the food was disappointing. My husband's manicotti didn't have enough sauce to cover the pasta and a large section was inedible. My lasagna was unmemorable with undercooked bits of veggies. We ended up throwing out the leftovers. Please ditch the paper menus with oil stains and freshen up your recipes!

  Old Spaghetti Factory is pretty much the best value for dinner you can get. Tea or coffee, bread, soup and or salad, pasta and a scoop of ice cream is all built into their main menu items. They are not exactly a place for major foodies, but they do use quality ingredients for a good meal. Service is good at this location as well. It is family friendly too for those with babies and young children!
  
  Arrive early as there is often a wait in the summer months for dinner hours.
  
  On a side note: during my pregnancy I had gestational diabetes which they used the Informed Diner program to help me get a suitable (and delicious) meal. After my pregnancy I was not able to eat soy or dairy (even in small quantities) and they were very good at accommodating my situation. They were a life saver for me during this time!

  It's not a high end restaurant, and people need to recognize that. For the prices, the food and service was amazing. It's hard to get the same value for the quality of food you get here. I don't come often but every time I have (other than when they first opened where mistakes and chaos is to be expected) it had been a great experience. Would recommend

  Not many places in town where you can get that much good food for that little. The place was busy despite being mid week but we were served quickly. The kids loved their spaghetti and I loved my lasagna. Service was a bit slow but forgivable. The kids favourite place to eat when we come to Kelowna!
