  I almost always go through the drive thru..... today I went inside to order. The sandwich making staff were very professional and polite however when I got to the till the "older more experienced staff member/manager/possible owner?" was very very impatient and downright rude. I work in Customer Service and have for a very long time..... I will never spend another dollar at this location.

  Stood in line waiting to get vegges put on my sub for 10 minutes while 1 employee made a salad and the rest of the staff stood around. Asked for a little bit of lite mayo and got half a bottle. Also dont even bother with the drive through unless you have half an hour to spare.

  Worst subway in Kelowna used to work here owners r cheap and rude and never gave me my record of employment . Even when veggies would dropped on ant infested floor they wouldn't throw them out or even rinse them there disgusting people and they will make us use stale bread even tho we said its bad and customers would complain they didn't want us to throw it out . Highly recommend never going here

  Only the drive thru is open in the evening! That's awful! I go to subway because I like seeing my sub get made. Will NEVER be back to this location.

  If I could give negative stars I would. My sister and I arrived 10 minutes before they closed. There was one customer in front of us ordering a sandwich. As the guy was close to finishing the man's sandwich he informed us that we would have to leave. 8 minutes to closing, we'll this doesn't seem like a big deal, he's attitude towards the customer's was very rude.
