  Terrible experience.
  
  A group of us went here for a friends birthday. A pitcher of sangria was ordered, it arrived with dirty glasses. We sent the glasses back only to get one clean one and one cracked one.
  
  I ordered the chicken and ribs only to later be informed they were out of ribs. They were also out of beef dips, and burgers.
  
  When the food arrived, a steak do to the lack of ribs, it was warm at best, the broccoli was cold, as were the potatoes.
  
  I would recommend avoiding this place until they get their kitchen sorted out.

  Staff is excellent and energetic. Cook staff seem to work together as a team and really pull it together for the meal. All around an wonderful experience would definitely eat and drink here again.

  When we called to get a table for two, and asked if there was one, the person who answered and took our reservation said "Absolutely! I've been kicking people out all night so we'd have a spot just for you. Can I get your name?"
  
  When we got there we chose to be seated in the lounge and we're almost immediately attended by our waitress.
  
  We ordered an appetizer of a skillet of mushrooms in garlic butter (not on the menu, by the way, so kudos to the restaurant for letting us do that), and we ordered the mango chipotle chicken and the steak sandwich. The food was great and our orders arrived very promptly. We had time to finish our appetizer comfortably, but not enough time to wonder where the food was before our entrees arrived.
  
  Overall, it was a great experience, and one I would choose to repeat.

  I chose this place for a date night with the lady of my dreams. This chain never dissapoints.
  The food is always top notch. The service was friendly and the waitresses take the time to check on you and your needs as they pass by, even if it isn't their table. I was pleased to see the atmosphere had not changed much as it was a favorite years ago when I lived in a different city. Although the waitresses are easy on the eyes, it is my opinion that they should not all be made to wear the same skimpy clothing. A bit more coverage and diversity would have been nice to see.
  I had a burger with lettuce instead of a bun. Not only did it taste fantastic, I must also applaud the ingenuity and creativity of the menu. The drinks were also very satisfying.
  This is definitely a place I will return to.

  They usually greet customers with a little taster which is a nice touch. Staff are friendly and the manager keeps a close watch to make sure things run smoothly. Menu is varied and tasty. Good central location with ample parking.
