  Went there with couple of friends for a coffee last week. With temperatures below zero outside they had cold air blowing from the ceiling. I went and asked the girl behind the counter to please ether turn the heat on because it was really cold or at least turn the fan off... she said she would turn the heat on. We noticed it was getting warm but after about 15 min. the cold air started blowing again. I went up and told them the cold air is blowing again and very abruptly she said she turned the heat on on both sides and she can't turn it on any higher. I told her it was blowing cold air and her respond was there is nothing she can do about it. I went back to my table and the cold air continued to blow while most people sat with coats on....so we left.

  Overall did not look clean behind the counter. Very minimal selection for timbits and donuts. Staff were NOT friendly or helpful.
  The bathroom was dirty. The toilet paper from the dispenser was literally DAMP, can't even imagine how someone would not notice that when filling the dispenser.
  Would recommend to skip this Tim Hortons and pick another as there are many others nearby.
