  We always have great service and excellent food when we come here. This was our first meal when we moved to Kelowna and have since been back several times because the food is consistently good. I always order vegetarian pho so I can't speak for the quantity of meat but there is always a ton of veggies and nothing we have had compares to the flavor of the broth. Thank you for always giving us a great meal!

  I come here at least every second week due to cravings... might have an addiction. (No. 36 with Rare Beef!) Fast service and consistently delicious everytime. Staff is always happy and helpful.

  I'm sooo disappointed!!! Especially after I read all these amazing reviews that led me to the decision to try this place out for myself by getting some take out...
  I told the girl on the phone that I didn't want anything too "Spicy" bcuz I can't handle HOT foods.
  So she suggested the Beef Sate Pho. I also asked if the Deep Fried Tofu was similar to the Tofu you get when ordering Sushi. She said it was, except that Pho Soc Trang uses better Tofu and batters it differently. So I added an order of the Tofu and I also ordered 1 Spring Roll.
  Sounds like alot of food, but hey, it was 8pm and I hadn't eaten all day and I only had one hot lemon water in me for the whole day!!!
  So, I get my food home and when I opened the Pho, it was very Oily RED with a full layer of Red Chili Flakes floating on top, so I knew instantly that this soup, that I said I DIDN'T want to be Spicy HOT, was going to be excruciating HOT!!! And so it was! My mouth was ON FIRE after tasting just half a teaspoon! Then I tried a piece of Tofu and it was extremely Spicy HOT too. My mouth and throat were burning!!
  I was just about in tears bcuz I hadn't eaten all day and I was really looking forward to this meal, from this place, that had so many awesome reviews.
  But what really set me off and brought me to tears was the 3 itty bitty teenie weenie pieces of shaved Beef that I could barely find in the container. So Not like the abundance of beef I seen in the photos! Total False Advertising!!
  I wish I could post a photo to show you the Lack of Beef and how OILY RED HOT the color of the soup was, but I'm not sure if I can post photos or not, and or, how to do so.
  But what really sucks is, I was looking forward to an amazing meal and hoping to take my family there in the near future, but that's not gunna happen now.
  Plus I left $28 for my $21 (pre tax) order bcuz of the Friendly Welcoming and also bcuz I was thrilled at thinking that the meal was gunna be deliciously edible and wasn't gunna be Spicy Hot, especially after I specifically told the girl I can't eat Spicy Hot foods.
  If I would've known the meal was gunna be the Total Opposite to what my taste buds could handle, I wouldn't have left a tip!!
  Anyway, I am just sooo absolutely Horrifically Disappointed with Pho Soc Trang that I will Never order from there again!!

  CON: Everything else, the PHO & TOFU were extremely Spicy HOT and inedible!!
  
  CON: Chinsky & CHEAP with the BEEF!!! Like really, Where's the Beef??
